Project: Talk Soup iTV Demo with The American Film Institute
Role: Information Designer
Working with the American Film Institute, Razorfish assembled a team of broadcast and internet designers to develop an interactive television demonstration around an existing show.

Our task was to take a well known television talk show that is broadcast as a series small stories and add content that enhanced the program.
The content is weighted towards the medium, which means less text, more television. Users are allowed to move between clips or segments of the show with the click of an input device and have a deeper experience with the show’s brand.

As with Eddie Files, we created a navigation overlay which would appear as needed at various points in the narrative. This was one of the first engagements Razorfish had with the American Film Institute.
This was a first for everyone involved to think seriously about interactive TV and play with an established television property.
