Project: Nissan.com Redesign and Owner Site

Role: Creative Director, Information Architecture

Pitching Nissan on their primary online business was an extensive process. A vast amount of work was generated prior to winning the account. We competed directly against their existing vendor, Sapient. The visual design changes were incremental, however, the information architecture changes were significant and included a more robust owner section.

To provide a greater degree of comfort for the client, we co-pitched with their traditional advertising agency, Chiat Day/TBWA. This became another solid link in our relationship coming off the success of the Xterra.com owner affinity site.
