The following is a User Experience brief that provides additional information about my professional work.

Combining a solid understanding of technology, web site usability, and information architecture to create high-quality, user-focused, interactive design is just one of the many ways I have impacted online marketing effectiveness for big-name companies such as Disney Travel Company; Nissan, Infiniti, and Isuzu; Charles Schwab; JC Penny; and others. I also excel in setting strategic vision and driving concepts through every phase of the creative and development process, working with internal teams and outside agencies while guiding design, production, marketing, and distribution.

A few of my career highlights include:

Creating an award-winning line of interactive toys, books, and merchandise that are marketed in 65 retail locations throughout the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.

Developing compelling proposals and delivering powerful, effective C-level presentations that resulted in winning up to $5M/year in new web design and development business from Fortune 500 clients.

Leading an exciting effort to re-position / re-brand an Internet marketing and consulting company to market its services to an entirely new clientele.

Developing the guiding concepts for major infrastructure projects (EIP/intranet, knowledge management solutions, and Lotus Notes customization and integration) designed to streamline operations following a period of heavy M&A activity.
